07368 924625

I’ll aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

2. Schedule a Call

We’ll find a time that works for you to have a free phone consultation, normally sometime in the daytime, during the working week.

3. Free Consultation

During your free 15 minute phone consultation we can discuss what you are looking for and the support you need.

If you would like to book an initial session, you can do, or you can have a think and let me know.

There is no pressure or obligation to go forward.

4. Initial Session

If you would like to go ahead, you’ll have an initial first session so that you can see what a session with me feels like for you.

I’ll get to know you and why you are seeking therapy in more depth.

Afterwards its good to take some time, usually a day or two, to decide if we would like to move forward together.

5. First Sessions

If we choose to move forward, you can either decide to pay for sessions weekly (£50 for Online, £65 for In Person) or pay for sessions monthly if preferred.

Through this time we will look at your main issues and discuss ways to manage and what you want to achieve through therapy. We’ll look at ways to make positive changes in your life.

6. Going Forward

After 6 sessions we will have a review of the work that we have done so far, if you feel it is benefitting you or if there are any changes that you want to make.

Some client only need a few sessions to make some noticeable positive changes in their lives and are happy to stop. Others choose to have longer term work (continuing weekly sessions) which explore deeper unconscious thoughts and emotions.

Let’s work together.

Fill out the form below to get in touch and we can schedule your free 15 min consultation.

Therapy has made a huge difference in my life. I feel more confident, happier, and I have learnt a lot about myself and how to deal with my emotions. I have also improved my relationships and my performance at work.
